Description

It is planned to build the new fire station on the property next to the existing fire station on Straße des 17. The site is also accessed via Straße des 17. Juni. The site is located between Herrenwaldstraße (L3290) and Straße des 17. Juni. The northern part of the site borders on a traffic circle into which the two roads flow. The new fire station consists of the main building, a training tower and a small coach house. The main building extends in an L-shape along Herrenwaldstraße. It consists of the "administration", "vehicle hall" and "workshops" areas. The main entrance is located in the northern part of the administration area, directly adjacent to the parking space for the emergency services vehicles. In some areas of the facade, wooden cladding will be used instead of facing brick. The administration will have wooden windows. The single-story workshops continue the building in the extension of the administration. In the area of the vehicle hall, there are parking spaces for 10 emergency vehicles, a vehicle workshop and a washing hall. The workshops and the vehicle hall will have a dark gray metal facade. While the workshops will be built as a conventional solid construction, the vehicle hall will have a wooden ribbed ceiling in combination with reinforced concrete supports. The doors of the vehicle halls are planned as sectional doors made of aluminum, the remaining doors as sheet steel doors. As flooring, the vehicle halls, workshops and wash halls will have vibrated clinker, the changing areas and sanitary areas will be tiled. The stairwells and corridors will have tile flooring and the offices will have rubber flooring.Suspended ceilings (acoustic ceiling) are planned in office and meeting areas as well as recreation areas. The corridors and ancillary rooms will have a smooth suspended ceiling. A possible addition of a floor above the administration building is provided for in the structural analysis and fire protection concept.A bunker for the storage of wood pellets is planned in the area of the outside staircase. The exercise tower has a height of 24m and consists of a reinforced concrete construction with an internal steel staircase. On the first floor and on the 5th floor there is a technical room each. On the roof of the tower, an installation area for a radio, siren and antenna system is planned. The shed consists of a simple steel construction with trapezoidal sheet metal cladding as wall and ceiling construction. The shed will not have a base plate, but will be paved like the rest of the exterior. ConstructionThe fire and rescue station will be erected as a conventional solid construction. The foundation will be a surface foundation. The exterior walls and the core structure will be load-bearing. The building will have a flat roof with parapet and internal drainage. The vehicle hall will be supported by reinforced concrete columns and a wooden ribbed structure as roof support. The roofs of the administration building will be greened flat roofs. A PV system is also planned for the administration area. The subject of this tender procedure are the services regarding the aluminum facade:- 480 sqm of Miwo insulation in two layers- 480 sqm of metal facade vertical lamellas, incl. the substructure- structural connections- 140m of lintel and reveal cladding for windows and sectional doors- documentation and certificates.
