Description

The staircase as well as the main entrance will be structurally changed in the course of the upcoming measures. The existing staircase will be converted into 2 new stairwells including a new facade. The main entrance on the street side is closed and a new mullion-transom element, the "Stadtteilfenster" (district window), is installed: Mullion-transom facade: The LV comprises the work on the metal curtain facade of the new staircase including 5 mullion-transom elements as well as steel interior and exterior doors. It consists of thermal insulation, an aluminium substructure with rear ventilation and the visible facade level consisting of 2 different aluminium hollow profiles and interposed cladding sheets in different colours. 2 entrance door elements to the staircases, 2 multi-storey facade elements with insert windows in the staircase facade as well as the district window on the street side of the building. 16 steel interior door elements and 1 steel exterior door.
