Lot 021A Facade plaster and stucco work, OG's OS-A.
Restoration of a historic plaster and stucco façade with a total area of 1 800 m2, as follows:- 1 700 m2 residual plaster and masonry surfaces cleaned and pre-examined for areas affected by damp and salty conditions;- 9 000 running metres of morbid joints scraped out and mechanically ejected with porous base plaster;- 1 000 m2 levelling plaster on weathered masonry;- 1 700 m2 base plaster as porous base plaster or restoration plaster o. 1,700 m2 of coloured finishing plaster according to a specified formulation and two coats of silicate glaze;- 1,100 linear metres of stucco pockets around window openings, some of them profiled, mostly new;- 360 running metres of façade cornices, profiled, reworked or supplemented;- 250 m2 of ashlar masonry reworked or newly produced as imitation stucco;- 375 running metres of cornice profiles prefabricated at the factory from mineral light granulate to reproduce historical eaves and window lintels.Most of the stucco elements have to be newly produced, but there are still some (weathered) stocks on which the mould can be removed for stenciling. The finishing plasters are to be mixed and coloured according to the formulation specified by the client (an analysis of the old plasters was carried out beforehand), and a damage map (if necessary by the client beforehand or by the bidder) of the masonry and the remaining plasters is to be drawn up.
