Description

The object of the contract is to provide the reception and information service to people who come to Romo Kultur Etxea (RKE) and events that take place there, as specified in section 2, "Object of the contract", of the Technical Specifications, which is of a contractual nature.
The purpose of these specifications is to define the technical conditions that must govern the provision of services to people who attend RKE and events held there, which will include: - welcoming and assisting users, - information on the services, exhibitions and activities organised by the Aula de Cultura, - organising and replacing information material, - attending to ticket sales, - telephone and e-mail service, - basic document management.
