Description

The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, represented by the German Authority for Urban Development and Housing (BSW) intends to conclude a framework agreement on the preparation of noise studies for development plans, urban development competitions and urban feasibility studies. 3 experts are required for the implementation of noise studies for the development plan procedures, urban development competitions and urban feasibility studies in Hamburg. Change of road surfaces/implementation of a noise quota system in accordance with DIN 45691/testing of other noise protection measures (e.g. emission restrictions for plant-related noise sources, operating time restrictions, organisational measures, etc.),- preparation of text proposals for noise protection determinations in the ordinances of the zoning plans,- preparation of text proposals for the justification of the zoning plans,- participation in discussions to explain the investigations,- preparation of summary reports.In exceptional cases, due to the local situation and the planning requirements, individual partial services may be omitted.Based on previous experience, a total of about 20 individual contracts per year is assumed.the framework agreement is to be concluded with up to 3 contractors. The conditions for the award of individual contracts can be found in the tender documents. The individual contracts are awarded both by the technical authority (authority for urban development and housing) and by the seven district offices.
