Description

Excavation of the excavation pits and pipeline routes approx. 60,000 m3,- excavation of the excavation pits and pipeline routes approx. 60,000 m3,- excavation pit shoring from sheet pile wall sections up to 15 m approx. 5,400 m2 and up to 75 kg/m2.removal and disposal of topsoil;removal and disposal:- partial reinstallation of excavated material: installation of soil when backfilling working spaces approx. 16.000 m3 soil classes 1-4, Z0 to Z1,- proof of the compaction of installed soils by means of plate pressure tests and dynamic probing,- construction of a temporary drainage system for the following construction period,- construction of temporary asphalted construction roads,- construction of an access road on the building plots (waste water, drinking water, electrical and district heating lines),- laying of the area's internal supply lines:-- rainwater sewer approx. 750 m,-- sewer approx. 1,000 m,-- district heating pipe approx. 800 m,-- electricity, broadband cable, copper, fibre optic cables, detailed information can be found in the LV.
