The purpose of this framework agreement is to list up to 4 holders for the organisation of public events of up to EUR 200 000. here is an overview of the standard operations that could be organised via this framework agreement:- occasional events (1 May, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day...)...),- thematic entertainment and decoration (Cannes festival, Marrakech of laughter,...),- entertainment and competitions (Paris Airport Startup Day,...),- A new competition between the different referenced holders will be held each time a new need arises. Aéroports de Paris informs candidates that in order to better ensure that its needs are met by addressing a plurality of contracting parties and thus encourage the emergence of greater competition, the number of lots that can be awarded to each candidate is limited. However, if a candidate is awarded both lots 1 and 2, or both lots 3 and 4, at the end of the evaluation of the bids, he must choose which of these lots he wishes to be awarded by Aéroports de Paris and withdraw his bid on the other lot. The purpose of this framework agreement is to list up to 4 holders for the organisation of general public events for an amount exceeding 200K euros. here is an overview of the standard operations that could be organised via this framework agreement:- Celebration of holidays over several standard Christmas weeks- Accompaniment and reception during periods of high departures- Organisation of a music festivalA reopening of competition between the different listed holders will be carried out each time new needs arise. Aéroports de Paris informs candidates that in order to better ensure that its needs are met by addressing a plurality of contracting parties and thus encourage the emergence of greater competition, the number of lots that can be awarded to each candidate is limited. The purpose of this framework agreement is to refer a maximum of 3 holders for the performance of technical services.The holder is expected to produce the following deliverables:- Supply, installation and removal of equipment- Sound system, equipment, wiring of protective cable ducts- Portable sound system with several 2 microphones- HF microphones, microphones and microphones- Audio headset for site visits or others- Dynamic display screens and stands (indoor, outdoor): sizes will be defined according to the type of event - Stage with carpeting, skirting (brushed cotton) - Plexiglas desk with customisation and logo and gooseneck - Desk with image insertion holder, without gooseneck - Digital console, speakers and amplifiers - Stage or room lighting, lighting of exhibitions - Video recording for rebroadcasting/digital recording - Supply of some furniture or decorative elements for the scenography - A new competition between the different referenced holders will be carried out at each new need. The purpose of this framework agreement is to refer a maximum of 4 holders for the provision of quality reception services to ensure the smooth running of operations within the framework of purely event-driven services; a reopening of competition between the various referenced holders will be carried out at each new need. It will result in the allocation of purchase orders. The purpose of this framework agreement is to refer a maximum of 4 holders for the provision of event management services capable of providing support, stewardship, direction and logistical coordination of Aéroports de Paris' event management activities. the holders may be required to collaborate with the various holders of the event framework agreement. the role of the manager will be to ensure the smooth operational progress and consistent implementation of the operations of Aéroports de Paris entrusted to him/her. a reopening of competition between the various registered holders will take place each new need. It will result in the allocation of purchase orders. The purpose of this framework agreement is to refer a maximum of 3 holders for the layout and decoration of spaces during events organised by Aéroports de Paris; it is intended to provide furniture and objects for rental for decoration, advice/study, transport, installation, dismantling and assistance, etc. Not all operations are of the same scope. The Holder may have to collaborate with the various holders of the framework agreement or complete the development offer for an identified event location. It will result in the allocation of purchase orders. The purpose of this framework agreement is to refer a maximum of 3 holders for the design, manufacture and installation of Decorums within the platforms of Aéroports de Paris.The services will include in particular: - The design of very detailed technical files in collaboration with the Communications Department and the operational departments of the terminals, - Their validation by control offices prior to installation, - The organization of post-installation checks with these same offices, - The coordination of any preparatory work to be carried out by Aéroports de Paris, - The coordination of the installation and deposit of scenery. (construction of management tools, constitution and management of installation/dismantling teams, planning, access authorisation, etc.) - Organisation of the annual storage of sets if necessary - Competition between the different referenced holders will be re-established at each new need. It will result in the allocation of purchase orders. The purpose of this framework agreement is to refer a maximum of 3 holders for webcasts and retransmission services, the holder must provide all the means of recording and broadcasting the video event on the Internet and a reopening of competition between the different referenced holders will be carried out at each new need. It will result in the allocation of purchase orders.
