Description

Support for Vattenfall events and also hybrid events in the scope of conceptualization, planning, coordination, implementation (commissioning location, caterer, technology, handling third-party service providers, etc).
- Conceptual design, strategic planning, coordination and implementation of events (including customer events, party conferences, congresses, exhibitions, small and medium-sized trade fair appearances, etc.). - Thinking along with suitable creative accompanying communication measures - Interactive meetings and event design for multimedia productions resp. Operation of the event booking tool of the client as well as realization of event invitations (invitation management) with the help of the event booking tool - Set-up and dismantling as well as transport of event equipment - Maintenance and rental (Vattenfall internal) of existing equipment - Procurement of new equipment - Documentation of events / photography / video - Printing and production handling: Creation and production of event printed materials as well as event-related advertising materials - Provision and operation of event technology (offline, online and hybrid events)- Tendering of services not provided by the agency - Management of third-party service providers (which may be specified by the client) - Warehouse and warehouse booking tool: Storage (currently in the warehouse of the current event agency) and management of existing event equipment (trade fair equipment is stored at the stand builder) and advertising materials - Monthly overview of all currently planned events (date, location, contact person) - Written and verbal communication in German and English - Close coordination and cooperation with other Vattenfall agencies - Adherence to and implementation of the corporate design in cooperation with the Vattenfall Branding Helpdesk - Support and management of the "Pflanz was!", Stadtgarten in front of the Heizkraftwerk Mitte as well as at Neue Grünstraße 13-14, in close coordination with the client
