Description

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service of the nationwide press conferences, specialized workshops and training courses and workshop meetings, including the selection of thematic events within the educational and information campaign for the non-investment project: "Intelligent in energy. Support for the construction of an intelligent energy network in Poland" under Priority Axis I of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and conditions of its execution have been presented in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - model contract with annexes.
1 The subject of the Agreement is the comprehensive handling of nationwide press conferences, specialized workshops and training courses and workshop meetings including the selection of thematic events within the framework of the educational and information campaign (hereinafter: "campaign") for the non-investment project: "Intelligent in energy. Support for the construction of an intelligent energy network in Poland" under priority axis I of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020 (hereinafter: "Subject of the Agreement"). 2. The subject of the Agreement will be realized in accordance with:1) Detailed description of the subject of the Order, constituting Attachment No. 1 to the Agreement;2) Initial concepts of the events, consisting of: the concept of organization of the nationwide conference (including: proposals for location, initial scenario and visualization of the conference); the concept of a cycle of 1-day workshops (including: preliminary scenario of online workshops, places of organisation of workshops); concept of a cycle of trainings (including: proposal of location, preliminary scenario of online trainings), constituting Attachment No. 2 to the Agreement;3) Design of a stand and gadgets, consisting of: visualisation of a stand and visualisation of gadgets; 4) Calculation of costs constituting Attachment No. 3 to the Agreement.3As part of the performance of the subject of the Agreement, the Contractor's tasks include: 1) Development of a concept of all events together with planning, organization, realization and full service, which consists of:a) organization, realization and service of workshop meetings,b) organization, realization and service of national conferences,c) organization, realization and full service of workshops,d) organization, realization and full service of trainings.2a) preparation of a stand,b) preparation of all necessary materials for the needs of industry events,c) proposal, visualisation, preparation of gadgets,d) full service during industry events,e) in case of travelling events provision of: accommodation places and full board.3) Preparation of information materials and materials for organised events, consisting of: a) design, preparation and distribution of printed materials,b) distribution of gadgets promoting the campaign.4) Full service of events, including technical support.5) Preparation of reports and a final report on the basis of which there will be an accounting of the implementation of events, conclusions from the current course of events and recommendations for the future.6) Evaluation of events consisting of determining whether the events have achieved their objectives; comparing the results with the initial assumptions, objectives, and providing the results of the evaluation of events in the form of a document drawn up in pdf and doc formats.
