Description

The subject matter of the proceedings is the supply of equipment facilitating access to justice for persons with disabilities, specified in detail in Annex No. 2.1-2.6 to the SWZ (description of the subject matter of the contract) and in the terms and conditions of the draft contract provisions (model contract) presented in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
The subject of the order is the supply of brand new (unused, free of physical and legal defects, full-value, complete - i.e. with all components, parts, materials necessary for their assembly and use) evacuation chairs (to ensure the possibility of efficient and safe evacuation, including on stairs, among others, of persons with mobility disabilities in case of the need to immediately leave the court building) in the amount of 74 pieces. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new (unused, undamaged, free of physical and legal defects, full-value) adjustable desks and office chairs furnishing office desks intended for persons with mobility disabilities to court buildings in the amount of: 75 adjustable chairs and 73 adjustable desks. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new (unused, free of physical and legal defects, full-value) complete portable induction loops (used for individual customer service - mobile station in the amount of 72 units. The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery of brand new (unused, free of physical and legal defects, full-value) portable induction loops (conference) intended to transmit the signal to multiple recipients using hearing aids in court buildings in the amount of 35 pieces, as well as conducting instruction for court employees on the method and scope of operation and use of sets of conference induction loops in the form of a recording. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new (unused, undamaged , free of physical and legal defects, full-value) portable electronic magnifiers for the visually impaired to the court buildings in the amount of 76 pieces. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new (unused, undamaged, free of physical and legal defects, full value) desktop enlargers with integrated (built-in) monitor for the visually impaired to the court buildings in the amount of 36 units.
