the present consultation concerns the environmental impact study for public inquiry - rd34 - widening of the Lassay-Les-Châteaux / Les Rives d'andaine route.more precisely, it concerns the realization of specific services and relative to the follow-up, the analysis and the adaptation of the file or the project, following the possible observations of the state instructive services or contained in the report of the investigating commissioner written after the public inquiry.The award procedure used is an open invitation to tender (articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Order Code).the framework agreement with a maximum (articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Order Code) is awarded for a period of 4 years from the date of notification of the contract. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders
the maximum amount for the duration of the framework agreement is set at 24,000 euros (excluding VAT).
