Description

The assistance mission is as follows:

- familiarisation with the site and operations (technical and functional diagnosis of the existing system),
- assistance to the operational management of the project and to the project steering committee, in:
1) Study of the general planning of the project according to the operating mode of the operation decided by the contracting authority;
2) Assistance and advice on assistance and assistance with APS development; 3) Operation management (procurement, monitoring and control of operations, acceptance of works).

The assistance mission expected by the contracting authority is explained in Article 3 of the Special Conditions of Contract (SPC) for this consultation.
Market form: ordinary.
