Description
The purpose of the contract is to carry out works as defined in the contract documents and includes, in main order, the reinforcement and waterproofing of the bridges located at BK 138.427 and BK 140.444:- coppice cuts and brush clearing of civil engineering structures,- maintenance work on rubble masonry made of pedestals, tympanic walls, head and vault walls,- anchoring using metal bars on the one hand but also glass fibre reinforced polymer on the other hand,- the use of waterproofing membranes,- track work,- prefabrication and installation of reinforced concrete elements (L-shaped walls, slabs.In accordance with article 124, §1, 8o of the law of 17.6.2016, the contracting authority reserves the right to award the successful tenderer, under a negotiated procedure without prior call for competition, new works consisting in the repetition of similar works (rectification of rock walls, small civil engineering works (laying of gutters) and securing the walls (laying of metal nets or equivalent) for the "Axis 3" project on line 162). The conclusion of the contract on the basis of these specifications does not give the tenderer any exclusive right; during the performance of the contract, the contracting authority may have work carried out by other companies or by its own departments that is identical or similar to that described in these specifications; the successful tenderer may not therefore claim any right to compensation.
