Description

The subject matter of the contract is "Maintenance of rivers in the area of operation of the Management Board of the Sieradz Casting Plant". A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been presented in the appendices to the ToR - Size and in the Specification of performance and acceptance of services.
The subject matter of this Specification is to determine the conditions and requirements for the performance and acceptance of services for the maintenance of rivers in the area of operation of the Water Supervision Authority of Łódź - i.e. Maintenance of rivers - part 1 of the Ner River from km 112+330 to km 123+372 in the gmina of Rzgów and Brójce, eastern Łódź district. The specification contains the basic findings and criteria for evaluating the performance of work on typical riverbed maintenance works and maintenance of facilities located on these rivers, such as mowing of lichen, removal of vegetation rooted in the bottom, removal of deposits from concrete fortifications of regulatory structures, demolition of communication structures, extraction of rubbish and various types of waste from the riverbed, land arrangement and waste management. Maintenance works will be carried out in one stage in the period of time, i.e. from the moment of signing the contract and handing over the land to the Contractor until the end of November 2020. The subject of this specification is to determine the conditions and requirements for the performance and acceptance of water and water equipment maintenance services in the area of Pabianice Water Supervision - i.e. the clearing of the Dobrzynka riverbed at km 2+250-6+100, 6+740-8+500, 10+600-12+500, 14+800-15+560, 22+900 ÷ 26+582. The specification contains basic findings and criteria for evaluation of the performance of works in the scope of typical works related to the maintenance of watercourse troughs and maintenance of equipment located on these watercourses, such as mowing of lichen, removal of vegetation rooted in the bottom, removal of blockages, cutting of bushes, cleaning of alluvial and concrete reinforcement pots within hydrotechnical structures. The technical documentation defining the subject matter of the contract and constituting the basis for the execution of water (watercourses) maintenance works shall include, depending on the size of the subassembly, in particular the works specified in the Act of 20 July 2017. Water Law (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 310 as amended), i.e.: - mowing of plants from slopes and the bottom of inland surface waters, - removal of floating plants and plants rooting in the bottom of inland surface waters, - removal of bushes from the bottom and shores of inland surface waters with shredding and cleaning, - irrigating inland surface waters by removing blockages, clearing structures of lichens, mud and rummies hindering free flow of water. Bełdówka from km 5+750 to km 28+560 Preparatory works: - manual cutting of the average density of bushes and undergrowth, - shredding of branches using a chipper.Roadworks:- mechanical mowing of lichen from slopes with shredding,- manual mowing of lichen from slopes with raking above the top edge of the slope and shredding or loading onto a trailer and exporting,- extraction from the bottom of the river of vegetation rooted in the riverbed (hooking the bottom of the river by hand and using a hooker hanging from an excavator), moving above the top edge of the slope and shredding after draining or loading onto a trailer of the extracted bottom vegetation with exporting it,- cleaning of the building's fortifications together with loading the collected material on the trailer and exportation,- removal of blockages and making the riverbed unblocked from the lying branches, branches and other impurities occurring in the entire section covered by the order together with loading on the trailer and export,- cleaning the riverbed with excavators of the earthworks and sand bars obstructing the free flow of water in the river,- mechanical planting of excavated material from the riverbed cleaning.Completion works:- Development and cleaning of the area occupied for the purpose of the task. Maintenance of the water level in km 0+194 (m. Radomsko, Radomsko commune, Radomsko district) The scope of works includes: 1. cleaning the concrete surfaces of the overflow structure of the level - 6.50 m2,2. mechanical concrete collection in the place of repairs up to 1 cm thick on horizontal and vertical surfaces of corroded and damaged concrete - 0.54 m2,3. execution of protective coatings on concrete surfaces - single graft layer in the form of polymer-cement slurry using a brush - 0.74 m2,4. manual filling of defects in the vertical and horizontal surface of the step structure with a coarse-grained repair and sulfate mortar. 5 mm applied by means of a trowel and a steel trowel - 0.54 m2,5. manual filling of surface defects of reinforced concrete structures with cement-polymer mortar - 0.54 m2,6. execution of protective coatings on concrete surfaces by applying the first layer of flexible insulation slurry using a hard brush - cross painting - 7.04 m2,7. Scope of worksMaintenance of the River Stream water in km 0+000-2+502 in Zawiercie, Zawiercie commune, Zawiercie district - manual mowing of plants from the bottom and banks with raking and removal - manual mowing of lichens from slopes, dense and hard lichens with raking and removal to the waste. 1,0 km, extraction from the bottom of the watercourse of plants that take root when overgrown up to 60 %,- removal of bushes growing on the bottom and edges - manual cutting and grubbing of bushes and undergrowth, mechanical shredding of the cut bushes using a tractor chopper, together with transport of the chopped-ups to waste. 1 km,- removal of natural and man-made obstacles from inland surface waters - dismantling of blockages, making the riverbed more accessible by removing branches, branches and waste with the extraction of elements of breaking, removal and management of the obtained material, taking out of the riverbed single garbage in the form of branches, household appliances, ART, plastic buckets, bottles, etc, management of organic waste and rubbish created or collected during maintenance works through transport to the destination (storage) together with fees, - removal of blockages hindering the free flow of water and removal of silt - displacement of earth mass bulldozers at a distance of up to 10 m in the ground cat. I-II, cutting of overhangs with the slope insurance with a layer of 30 cm, desludging of the river under the bridges, clearing the pipe culverts from the silt, removal of the silt from the river bed together with building in the slope,- backfilling of the breakwater in the banks and bottom of inland surface waters and their biological development - purchase of soil for building the breakwater, earthworks performed with business excavators with a bucket capacity of 0.60 m3 in the ground cat. I-II with transport of the excavated material by self-unloading vehicles at a distance of up to 1 km, transverse earthworks with embankment of the soil (ground category I-II), compaction of embankments with mechanical rammers, loose soil category I-II. I-III, making loose fascine bands with dimensions (height/width) 50/20 cm between rows of pegs, making a stone surcharge in fiber grating - grating 1.0 x 1.0 m, loosening and transporting the soil with wheelbarrows at a distance of up to 10 m in the soil of cat. III - transport of stone, excavations with transport of the excavated material in wheelbarrows - an allowance for each further 10 m of transport or for each 1 m of height difference when transported upwards or downwards at a distance of 10 m, humming of slopes with sowing at a humus layer thickness of 5 cm, planting. Object and scope of works: Silhouette cutting, shredding of bushes using a chipper adapted to cooperation with an agricultural tractor, tidying up the area after cutting out the bushes, manual and mechanical mowing of lichens from slopes, hooking of vegetation rooting in the bottom, shredding of vegetation coming from mowing of slopes and hooking of the bottom with a flail mower, removing blockages.
