Description

Stadtwerke Jülich GmbH operates an extraction plant consisting of 3 deep wells and the Jülich waterworks with a treatment capacity of up to 500 m³/h to ensure the drinking water supply. Due to the forecast water demand, the extraction and treatment capacity is to be expanded to up to 800 m³/h (3 million m³/a). The investigations carried out so far on the expansion of the treatment capacity have shown that a plant or process-related expansion of the existing waterworks is no longer economical due to the age of the treatment plant and the high renovation costs to be expected. Stadtwerke Jülich GmbH has therefore decided to build a new waterworks on the waterworks site directly adjacent to the existing treatment plant. The engineering services required for the planning and execution of this project are the subject of this inquiry.
The following planning services are to be awarded within the framework of a general planning contract:a) Object planning of engineering structures (structures and plants of the water supply) in the sense of § 43 HOAI and Annex 12.1, work phases 1-9, for the trades civil engineering, external piping and external facilities.b) Specialist planning of technical equipment in the sense of § 55 HOAI and Annex 15, work phases 1-9, plant groups 4, 7 and 8 for the trades of plant/process engineering and electrical engineeringc) Specialist planning of structural engineering in the sense of § 51 HOAI, work phases 1-6
