Description

The intention is to commission planning services for the technical equipment for medical technology in accordance with Part 4, Section 2 of the HOAI 2021.
It is intended to commission planning services for the technical equipment for medical technology in accordance with Part 4, Section 2 of the HOAI 2021.The Kopfklinik, as the first building block of the Heidelberg Hospital Ring in Neuenheimer Feld, is in need of major refurbishment after around 30 years of use. A feasibility study commissioned by the clinic for the renovation of the Kopfklinik was subjected to a new evaluation on the part of the university clinic and an alternative renovation concept was developed on the basis of the results. In order to be able to renovate the building of the Kopfklinik, the alternative renovation concept for the present procedure on the one hand uses the free construction site at the location of the 2nd BA new surgery building (NBCHI) between the women's and skin clinic (UFHK, INF 440) and the 1st BA NBCHI (INF440).The concept also envisages no longer relocating entire clinics (clinic clusters), but in future arranging and optimising the location of the clinics according to functional core relationships (function clusters). The central basic idea here is to form an operating theatre platform from the Women's Dermatology Clinic to the 1st BA NBCHI via the new replacement building for the Head Centre at the 2nd BA New Surgery site. From the point of view of the head clinic, this means that the MKG, ENT and neurosurgery surgical clinics are to be permanently relocated to a replacement building for the head centre at the 2nd BA new surgery site. In the long term, the secondary and elective trauma surgery and orthopaedics, including outpatient and inpatient care, which are currently housed in the Schlierbach district, are also to be integrated into the so-called clinic ring as the 3rd BA and final building block. Further functions of the clinics will be accommodated for the clinics of orthopaedics, trauma surgery and paraplegiology in the head clinic and are not the subject of the procedure. The preliminary space programme provides for approx. 24,000 sqm for the 2nd and 3rd BA (NUF 1?7) and for the replacement building Kopfzentrum (2nd BA incl. proportionate common areas) approx. 11,500 sqm (NUF 1?7) (see annex 2.2).The building of the replacement new building Kopfzentrum is supervised by the Mannheim and Heidelberg office of the Landesbetrieb Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg as the building owner. The Heidelberg University Hospital (UKHD), on the other hand, is responsible for the technical equipment with medical technology and, in this respect, is the client for the corresponding planning services in accordance with these specifications.1. development of an overall medical technology concept for the 2nd and 3rd construction phases, including possible extensions in the 1st construction phase, taking into account a phased implementation in phase 2 (processing simultaneously with part 2)2. development of a concept for the medical technology for the 2nd and 3rd construction phases, including possible extensions in the 1st construction phase, taking into account a phased implementation in phase 2 (processing simultaneously with part 2). Creation of a concept for the medical-technical implementation of a comprehensive OP? Platform with connection to the existing building (E 99 and E98) under consideration of a staged realization in Lph 2 (processing at the same time as part 1)3. Further processing and execution of the replacement building for the head centre in Lph 3?9 on the basis of Parts 1 and 2.
