Planning service for medical technology for the centralization of nuclear medicine in building 3.The Constructional Development Plan 2025 as part of the corporate strategy of Leipzig University Medical Center builds on the strategic and performance-related objectives and, in continuation of the previous constructional development plans, represents the systematic development of the areas for research and teaching as well as patient care. The goal of the EP 2025 is to maintain and further develop a sustainable university medicine in the inner-city area. Based on the Building Development Plan 2025 confirmed by the guarantor, the goals will be successively translated into construction measures in several construction sequences and developed as independent projects in each case. On the basis of the respective project definition, the coordination of financing with the guarantors takes place. With confirmation by the guarantor, the measures are transferred to implementation. As a basis for further planning, a recommendation is made to locate nuclear medicine by expanding the space already available in Building 3. This is the only option that succeeds in providing complete proof of space. At the same time, highly equipped existing structures of the outpatient clinic for nuclear medicine in building 3 can continue to be used. The estimated investment volume, including initial equipment and excluding large-scale equipment, is approximately EUR 26.5 million gross (cost status QIV/2021).
The subject of this contract award are the services of the technical planning for the technical building equipment according to §§ 55 ff. HOAI for system group 7 (medical and laboratory systems) for the centralization of nuclear medicine in building 3.
