The Department has selected the global energy performance contract for this operation, combining design, construction and maintenance. The winning consortium will be the builder
the technical controller will be responsible for the following tasks as defined by decree no. 99-443 of 28 May 1999 and standard Nf P 03-100: L (Lp + Le) + s (Sh+Sei) + Dem + Ph (Pha + Phh) + Th + Hand (including certificate of compliance upon completion of the work) + Brd + f + Gtb + Pv + Consuel + initial checks of the type De La Mission :Intervention of a coordinator in matters of safety and health protection of workers - level 1 mission, in accordance with the requirements of Decree No. 2003-68 of 24 January 2003 and No. 94-1159 of 26 December 1994.These missions will be carried out on the buildings to be built, to be deconstructed as well as on the temporary buildings. The Public Safety and Security Study (Essp) will be carried out in accordance with the texts in force: - articles L. 111-3-1 and R. Articles L. 111-3-1 and R. 114-1 of the Urban Planning Code - Decrees no. 2007-1177 and no. 2011-324 relating to public safety and security studies - The mission will include- a diagnosis specifying the social and urban context and the interaction of the project with its immediate environment; identification and inventory of risks;- the Analysis of the project with regard to the public safety risks weighing on the operation;Consultation no. 202112080938 Cctp 15 / 18- the proposed measures, concerning, in particular, the siting, destination, nature, architecture, dimensions and sanitation of the construction and the development of its surroundings
