The project aims to establish a quality pedestrian circulation between the Boulevard des Belges and the south of the Old Market Square, as the existing small staircase is not suitable for a major pedestrian link and generates a feeling of insecurity due to its small width. The details of the missions are as follows: - APS: Preliminary design, APD: Preliminary design, APD: Final preliminary design,-- PRO: Project studies,-- ACT: Assistance for the awarding of the works contract,-- VISA: Compliance and execution VISA for the project,-- DET: Direction of works execution,-- AOR: Assistance with acceptance operations and guarantee of perfect completion,- Other mission elements:-- DIA: Diagnostic studies, -- OPC: Ordering, steering and coordination, -- ADS: Assistance with claims files, -- ARC: Assistance with referrals, -- PA: Planning permission, -- PC: Building permit.
