Description
The district of Munich intends to extend the state vocational school in Munich Land (Riem) with the construction of a sports hall and apartments. The Munich Land Vocational School currently offers the subjects of home economics, agriculture and horse management. In addition, vocational integration classes (housed externally) are currently attached to the vocational school.The extension building is planned in timber construction. The aim is to achieve a maximum proportion of wooden building components. Corresponding experience in timber construction is therefore to be demonstrated by the bidder in the procedure. The above-average requirements compared to the legal energy standard is also specified (climate neutrality). Part of the task is also the planning of the building automation for the entire building as well as the technical installations. An energetic building monitoring is also to be implemented and the technical prerequisites are to be created. The monitoring itself will be carried out by a third party.
The following project goals are to be given special consideration in the planning and realization of the project for the extension of the Munich Land Vocational School with the construction of a new gymnasium and staff apartments:Development and connection to the existing school Integration into the protected green areasRealisation of the new buildings in timber construction (also in the supporting structure)taking into account the specific requirements with regard to fire protectionStatic and the aesthetics of timber constructionPlanning of the new buildings according to the "best possible" energy standardSustainable construction using ecological building materialsMinimisation of the grey energy and CO2 pollution in construction as well as in operation, corresponding evidence is to be provided in the planning and construction phase. A special expert is involved in determining the grey energy/CO2 equivalent. In cooperation with this expert, the planning is to be optimised accordingly.Planning of the roof landscapes with maximum utilisation of photovoltaicsPreparation of accessibility and implementation of inclusion
