Description

Preparation of a formal and legal design document together with obtaining the final decision on the building permit (construction design) and preparation of a technical (executive design) document, as well as exercising copyright supervision over the Investment for the construction project under the name: Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of a gas pipeline, for the following. Detailed scope of works: 1) execution of construction design, executive design, traffic organisation design, surface restoration design and works advancement: a) gas pipeline s/c dn 315 PE L = approx. 3 200.00 m (section S5 - S6 according to the gas network diagram), hereinafter referred to as the Project, 2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, in the name and on behalf of the Contracting Authority, from the competent authority, the final decision on the construction permit, 3) execution of investor's cost estimates, 4) performing author's supervision including five one-off author's supervision services, 5) registration of the Construction Journal, 6) performing estimated Operators for the task in the number of 10 project documentation. should consist of: 1) Paper version consisting of: a) construction design (without documents included in item b) - 2 copies in paper form, b) construction design (formal part, i.e. the following: a) construction design (without documents included in item b) - 2 copies in paper form, b) construction design (formal part, i.e. the following: a) building design (with the following documents: a) construction design (without documents included in item b) - 2 copies in paper form), c) construction design (formal part, i.e. a) construction design, d) construction design (e.g. a) construction design (e.g. a) design (without documents included in item b) - 2 copies in paper form).The following documents are available: consents, declarations, agreements of the owners of plots of land crossed by the gas network, extracts from the land register) - 2 copies in paper form, c) executive design - 3 copies in paper form, d) the amount of works - 1 copy in paper form, e) the investor's cost estimate - 1 copy in paper form,f) traffic organisation design - 2 copies in paper form, g) surface restoration design - 2 copies in paper form.
