Description

The subject matter of the contract is: creation of design documentation for the performance of construction works consisting in the construction of a gas network in msc. Skrzeszewo Długa street, plot no 70/7; UP/00433831.Scope: - gas pipeline ś/c dn 63 PE, L = approx. 243,0 [m],- connection ś/c dn 32 PE, L = approx. 9,0 [m], plot no 70/7, szt. 1,- gas cabinet pcs. 1, based on conditions for connection to gas network, constituting attachment No. 2 to the contract.
1) preparing a construction design, a detailed design and a works estimate for the task entitled: "Execution of the design documentation for the execution of construction works concerning the construction of the gas network in the village of Skrzeszewo, ul. Skrzeszewo ul. Długa, plot no. 70/7; UP/00433831", based on the connection conditions enclosed as Attachment No. 2 to the contract; 2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining the final construction permit decision from the competent authority on behalf and for the account of the Contracting Authority; 3) preparation of the investor's cost estimate; 4) exercise of the author's supervision.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of its performance has been included in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ) constituting Annex 1 to the Contract and in the Specimen Contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
