Description

The subject matter of the contract is to develop the documentation for the investment task entitled: "Extension of Province Road No. 844 Chełm - Hrubieszów - Witków - Dołhobyczów - state border on the section from km approx. 50+000 (the town of Hrubieszów) to km 75+200".
a) Elaboration of a comprehensive, multi-discipline project documentation at the stage of Construction and Detailed Design, together with geodesic-legal documentation, decisions and all clearances and opinions, for the undertaking entitled: "Extension of Province Road No. 844 Chełm - Hrubieszów - Witków - Dołhobyczów - state border on the section from km approx. 50+000 (city of Hrubieszów) to km 75+200, together with construction and extension of engineering structures and securing or extending foreign devices colliding with the extended road and engineering structures, which will make it possible to submit an application and obtain a decision permitting the execution of a road investment (ZRID decision) pursuant to the Act of 10 April 2003. b) Developing the materials and obtaining the appendices necessary for obtaining the decision on environmental conditions together with obtaining the same by the Contractor.c) Development of materials and obtaining attachments necessary to obtain the relevant water-legal permit/permit together with obtaining the same by the Contractor.d) Development of materials necessary to announce a tender for the performance of construction works required by the Public Procurement Law and subsequent implementation of the task.2In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)(Dz.EU L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1), hereinafter "RODO", informs that:- the controller of your personal data is the Director of ZDW in Lublin, 3 B.
