Preparation of design documentation and formal and legal reconstruction of a section of a low-pressure gas pipeline to medium-pressure with connections in Mielec, Brekieszów, Daleka, Długa, Godlewskiego, Kwiatkowskiego, Nowa, Przemysłowa, Wolności, the district of Mielec with a length of about L=11.6 km in accordance with technical conditions no. PSGJA.ZMSE.763A.065.680090.1.18 of 17.5.2018. The approximate route of gas pipelines is specified by a map attached to the technical conditions. The subject of the contract includes, among others: 1. Obtaining extracts from the land register of the real estate on which the planned gas pipeline with the accompanying infrastructure will be located.2. Preparation of maps for design purposes.3. Obtaining the consent of the owners of all real estate (or persons legally authorized to dispose of the real estate) to enter the area and permanently occupy the real estate for the purposes of the investment together with the consent for the necessary felling of trees and bushes.4. Preparation of a pre-delivery of works.5Obtaining extracts from the Local Spatial Development Plan or, if there is no such plan, obtaining a decision for the Contracting Authority to determine the location of the public purpose investment.7 Before submitting the documentation for the coordination meeting, the location of the distribution and shut-off pipelines, as well as the switching points of the gas pipelines remaining in operation should be agreed upon in the Gas Works in the appropriate territorial manner.8Obtaining all required opinions, operators, agreements and decisions, including at the coordination meeting, necessary to obtain a valid building permit.9. Obtaining a positive opinion of the Contracting Authority's Technical and Economic Council prior to applying for a building permit.10.Obtaining a valid building permit for and on behalf of the Contracting Authority or submitting works not requiring a permit to the competent authority of architectural and construction administration.11. Preparation of an inventory of high greenery in required cases together with obtaining a permit to remove trees or shrubs.12. Preparation of a detailed list of distribution network broken down by diameter and length and a list of reconstructed measurement and reduction systems or reduction and measurement systems into reduction and measurement systems, specifying the plot number and the number of the building on which the reconstruction is necessary.13Reporting on the progress of works in two-month cycles according to the agreed formula between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor.14. Obtaining all the required opinions, operators, agreements and decisions, including at the coordination meeting, necessary to obtain a valid building permit.9.Obtaining a positive opinion of the Contracting Authority's Technical and Economic Council prior to applying for a building permit.10. Obtaining a valid building permit for and on behalf of the Contracting Authority or submitting works not requiring a permit to the competent authority of architectural and construction administration.11. Preparing a high greenery inventory in required cases together with obtaining a permit for removing trees or shrubs.12Preparation of a detailed specification of the distribution network divided into diameters and lengths, as well as specification of the reconstructed measurement and reduction and measurement systems into reduction and measurement systems, specifying the plot number and the number of the building on which the reconstruction is necessary.13Reporting on the progress of works in two-month cycles according to the agreed formula between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor.14. Copyright supervision over the execution of construction and assembly works during the period of their completion to final acceptance.15. Transfer of copyright ownership to the Contracting Authority of the entire Project and to any person participating in the preparation of the Project.
