Description

The subject matter of the contract is: "Preparation of design documentation for the execution of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the gas network in the city of Gdańsk, Szymanowskiego Street within the modernization task, SG/00079153":- gas pipeline n/c dn 160 PE; L = approx. 543,00 [m],- gas connections n/c dn 63 PE; pcs. 17; L = approx. 228,0 [m],- connections for changeover pcs. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its realization has been included in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) constituting annex no 1 to the contract and in the model contract constituting annex no 2 to SWZ.
1) Development of the construction design, detailed design and bills of quantities for the task entitled: "Development of the design documentation for the execution of construction works concerning the reconstruction of the gas network in Gdańsk, ul. Szymanowskiego within the scope of the modernization task, SG/00079153" on the basis of the conditions included in attachment no. 2 to the agreement.22) Obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining the final construction permit decision from a competent authority on behalf and for the Ordering Party. 3) Preparing a cost estimate for the project. 4) Supervision of the author.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of its execution has been included in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ) constituting Annex 1 to the Contract and in the Specimen Contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
