Preparation of design and cost documentation for the reconstruction of the n/c gas network together with the connections in the city centre. Bydgoszcz ul. Żmudzka, Pałucka, Huculska and exercising author's supervision according to the material scope:a) gas pipeline n/c dn 180 PE L = approx. 374.10 m, section A-B ul. Żmudzka;b) gas pipeline n/c dn 125 PE L = approx. 119.80 m, section C-D Pałucka street;c) n/c dn 125 PE L = approx. 164.60 m, section E-F Huculska street;d) n/c dn 63 PE L = approx. 640.29 m, 38 pieces. [according to the annex];e) gas connection n/c dn 63 PE, 1 pcs. Detailed scope of works:1) preparing the construction design, executive design, traffic organization design, surface reconstruction design and works' subdivision design:2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining the final decision on the construction permit on behalf of and for the Contracting Authority, from the competent authority;3) preparing investor's cost estimates;4) performing author's supervision including five one-off author's supervision services;5) registering the construction log.The design documentation shall consist of:1) Paper version consisting of:a) construction design (without documents included in points b) - 2 ex. in paper form; b) construction design (formal part, i.e. consent, declaration, agreement of the owners of plots of land through which the gas network runs, excerpts from the land register) - 2 ex. c) executive design - 3 copies of the executive design - 3 copies of the executive design - 1 copy of the executive design - 1 copy of the executive design - 1 copy of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design. The surface reconstruction project must be agreed with the road manager with the exact scope of the necessary surface to be reconstructed (m2) and with a division into its types, i.e.: asphalt, cobblestone, tile surface, etc.;2) Electronic version on an electronic medium containing the following documentation: consisting of: a) non-editable documentation consisting of files with complete documentation, the content reflecting the paper version;b) non-editable version of the files (PDF) for the above mentioned above. b) non-editable version of files (PDF) for the above mentioned documentation should be made in the following way: - after approval of the design documentation by a competent building administration body (with appropriate clauses) it should be scanned,- PDF files should be made on the basis of editable, scanned paper documents that were only in paper version or from files that were already PDF documents (decisions, statements, agreements, drawings, attestations, approvals, protocols, instructions, etc.).The content of the PDF file must be legible, scanned with appropriate sharpness, stamps and signatures must be legible. Note: The formal part of the design doc. containing permissions, statements, agreements of landowners through which the gas network runs, extracts from the land register, etc. absolutely must constitute a separate catalogue/file; c) Editable version of the doc. c) Editable version of the design dock should be prepared in accordance with the following division: - cost part (investor's cost estimate, summary of costs) - *.ath and *.xml files for the cost estimate, *.doc(x) and *.xls(x) for ZZKNOS The medium, provided to the Ordering Party, cannot be protected against copying; d) The medium must be described in a permanent and legible manner (e.g.: *.doc(x) and *.xls(x) for ZZKNOS. d) The medium must be described in a permanent and legible way (e.g. by means of overprints, stickers, technology allowing for burning inscriptions or images on plates, etc.) with the following data: - after the design docket has been approved by a competent building administration body. (with appropriate clauses) it should be scanned,- full name of the task,- number of the task contract together with the date of signing the contract,- name of the Contractor, - document,- m-c and year of the document's preparation,- number of the next version and date of modification.
