Description

The subject of the contract is to prepare design and cost estimate documentation for a comprehensive reconstruction of a steel gas pipeline with increased average pressure of the ZZU Returned (Ząbkowice Śląskie commune) - Czerńczyce (Ziębice commune) relation, which includes in particular: 1) reconstruction of a gas pipeline with a total length of approx. 7 440 m (the specified length of the planned gas pipeline is an estimated quantity and may change in the event of a change in formal, legal and/or environmental conditions; the Contracting Authority allows the length of the gas pipeline to be increased by 1.5% as part of the Contractor's remuneration), provided that: - material: steel, - diameter: DN 200,- pressure: pśr/c;2) construction of corrosion protection (passive, active protection) for the new gas pipeline section.Detailed technical requirements are specified in the Technical Specification No. PSGWR.ZMSZ.773TWM-30.18.G. of 18.5.2018. (Attachment No. 2 to the agreement).3) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, on behalf and for the Principal's benefit, from the competent authority, the final decision on the building permit;4) making the investor's cost estimate;5) exercising author's supervision.5) Detailed description of the subject matter of the order and the manner of its performance is included in the Description of the subject of the Order (ToR) constituting Attachment No. 2 to the ToR and in the model agreement constituting Attachment No. 5 to the ToR.
