Description

The subject matter of the contract is the "Design documentation for the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a gas network in msc. Tuchom, plot 128/66, UP/00439930Scope:- medium-cable gas pipeline dn63PE RC, L= approx.74,0 [m] - medium-cable connection dn32PE RC, L= approx.5,0 [m], 1 item - gas cabinet, 1 item.On the basis of conditions of connecting to the gas network, constituting attachment No. 2 to the contract.
1) preparing a construction design, a detailed design and a works estimate for the task entitled: "The development of the design documentation for the performance of construction works involving the construction of the gas network in msc. Tuchom, plot no. 128/66, UP/00439930 "Scope: based on the connection conditions enclosed as Attachment no. 2 to the Agreement.2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, for and on behalf of the contracting authority, from the competent body, the final construction permit decision;3) preparation of the investor's cost estimate;4) exercise of the author's supervision.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of its execution has been included in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ) constituting Attachment no. 1 to the Agreement and in the Specimen Contract, constituting Attachment no. 2 to SWZ.
