Development of project documentation and author's supervision for the task entitled "Reconstruction of gas network s/c dn 40 PE 35 together with connections for gas pipeline s/c dn 110 PE 100 w m. Podłęże-Rudzica from building No. 263 to building No. 60.1. The Principal entrusts, and the Contractor undertakes to perform a construction and executive project "Reconstruction of gas network s/c dn 40 PE 35 together with connections for gas pipeline s/c dn 110 PE 100 w m. Podłęże-Rudzica" from construction No. 263 to construction No. 60 and perform author's supervision, which together will be the subject of the Agreement (Subject of the Agreement).2. The Contractor is obliged to familiarize himself with "General Terms and Conditions of Contracts Executed for Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o.". dated 18.4.2019 (OWU), available on the Ordering Party's website at www.psgaz.pl, in the bookmark: For the Contractor / Downloads3. The subject of the Agreement covers in particular: 1) execution of a construction design, detailed design and pre-dimensional works: Execution of a project for reconstruction of the gas network s/c dn 40 PE 35 together with connections to the gas pipeline s/c dn 110 PE 100 w m.
