Description

The subject of the contract is to develop a complete, multi-discipline, design documentation together with obtaining all required decisions, provisions or opinions, as well as to exercise author's supervision, at the stage of project implementation for the extension and reconstruction of the building of the Complex of Catering and Hotel Schools in Gdańsk for the purpose of vocational training studios for the training in the professions of hotel technicians, nutrition techniques and catering services, waiter, cook in the field of tourism, sport and recreation" - task 4.The contract for this task shall include: a) photographic documentation of the objects and design visualization, with the possibility of their placement on the website of the City of Gdańsk and the Gdańsk Development Directorate;b) construction design;c) detailed designs in the industry layout;d) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works;e) measurements, investor's cost estimates together with a collective cost statement (ZZK).The design documentation shall take into account the conditions resulting from the above: local spatial development plans in force, technical conditions and opinions obtained from network managers, as well as those resulting from conservation, environmental, economic and organizational conditions of investment execution.3. The design documentation should include, among other things:1) inventory of the area and construction objects, including the inventory of greenery in the area of parking spaces;2) parking spaces;3) land development together with a possible greenery design;4) reconstruction of the surface in the area of the works being carried out;5) solution of possible collisions with the existing utilities;6) chimney sweep's expertise in case the Economic Operator finds it necessary to carry them out;7) technical rulings (or expert opinions) in order to obtain deviations from the binding technical conditions in case it is necessary to obtain them;8) inventory of rooms together with installations being the subject of the development;9) disassembly of elements of the existing equipment of the premises covered by the contract;10) reconstruction together with assembly and equipment;11) installation works;12) technical expertise on fire protection for the building;13) technical rulings (or expert opinions) for obtaining deviations from binding technical conditions in the case of necessity to obtain them;14) solution of possible conflicts with the existing installations;15) complete applications and studies necessary to obtain all required administrative decisions, decisions and opinions (including agreements).
