Description
The subject matter of the contract is:1) to execute the construction design, executive design and the completion of the reconstruction of the medium pressure gas network;2) to obtain all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, on behalf of and for the Awarding Entity, from a competent authority, the final decision on the construction permit or to notify, on behalf of and for the Awarding Entity, the intention to commence construction works or construction works which do not require a construction permit,3) to prepare an investor's cost estimate;4) to exercise author's supervision.
