Description

The subject matter of the contract is to elaborate formal and legal project documentation together with obtaining appropriate permission for the implementation (construction design) and to elaborate technical documentation (detailed design), as well as to provide author's supervision over the Investment for the construction project named: reconstruction of n/c gas pipelines with connections in msc. Chełmża, ul. Strzelecka and ul. Sądowa
The subject matter of the contract is the development of formal and legal project documentation, together with obtaining appropriate permission for the implementation (construction design), and development of technical documentation (detailed design), as well as author's supervision over the Investment, for the construction project titled: "Reconstruction of the n/c gas pipeline with connection in the village of Chełmża, ul. The material scope: a) gas pipeline n/c dn 125 PE L= 50,0 m, b) gas pipeline n/c dn 110 PE L= 50,0 m, c) connection dn 63 PE L= 1 piece approx. 25,0 m Detailed scope of work:1) preparation of a construction project, a detailed design, a traffic organization project, a surface restoration project and a works estimate;2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, for and on behalf of the Ordering Party, from a competent authority, a final construction permit decision or submitting a notification for and on behalf of the Ordering Party of the intention to commence construction works or construction that does not require a construction permit 3) preparing investment cost estimates,- updating of the investor's cost estimate at the request of the Ordering Party submitted during the validity period of the building permit decision or notification4) exercise of authorship supervision covering five one-time author's supervision services5) registration of the Construction Log A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of its performance has been included in the description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract and in the model contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The subject matter of the contract is to elaborate formal and legal project documentation together with obtaining appropriate permission for execution (construction design) and to elaborate technical documentation (detailed design), as well as to provide author's supervision over the Investment, for the construction project named: "Reconstruction of the n/c gas pipeline with connection in msc. material scope: a) gas pipeline n/c dn 125 PE L= 80,0 m, b) connection dn 63 PE L= 1 piece approx. 18,0 m Detailed scope of work:1) preparation of a construction project, a detailed design, a traffic organization project, a surface restoration project and a pre-tender of works;2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, for and on behalf of the Ordering Party, from a competent authority, a final construction permit decision or making a notification for and on behalf of the Ordering Party of the intention to commence construction works or construction that does not require a construction permit 3) preparing investment cost estimates,- updating of the investor's cost estimate at the request of the Ordering Party submitted during the validity period of the building permit decision or notification4) exercise of authorship supervision covering five one-time author's supervision services5) registration of the Construction Log A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of its performance has been included in the description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract and in the model contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
