Description

The subject of the contract is to prepare design and cost estimate documentation for a comprehensive reconstruction of the DN 150 medium pressure gas pipeline between Siedlimowice and Sobótka, which includes in particular: 1) reconstruction of the medium pressure gas pipeline, with a total length of approx. 10 230 m (the given length of the planned gas pipeline is an estimated quantity and may change in the event of a change in formal and legal and/or environmental conditions; the Contracting Authority allows the length of the gas pipeline to be increased by 1.5% as part of the Contractor's remuneration), however: - material: steel, - diameter: DN 150,- pressure: pśr/c,- corrosion protection: passive protectionDetailed technical requirements are specified in the Technical Conditions No. PSGWR.ZMSZ.TWM.60.2018 of 12.12.2018 (Attachment No. 2 to the agreement)2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, on behalf and for the Principal's benefit, from a competent authority, the final decision on the building permit,3) making an investor's estimate,4) exercising author's supervision.4 A detailed description of the subject matter of the order and the manner of its execution is included in the Description of the subject of the Order (ToR) constituting Attachment No. 2 to the ToR and in the model agreement constituting Attachment No. 5 to the ToR.
