Description

The subject of the contract is to provide services related to the execution of project documentation on the task: "Rebuilding of the Bzinek - Szydłowiec gas network", among others:1.1.1. execution of the construction design, detailed design and work schedule:1.1.1. the DN100 gas pipeline from steel pipes with a total length of about 5500 m;1.2. obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, on behalf of and for the Contracting Authority, from a competent authority, a final decision on a building permit or submitting, on behalf of and for the Contracting Authority, an intention to commence construction work or construction work not requiring a building permit,1.3. execution of investor's cost estimates,1.4. exercising author's supervision.X3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the Contract, the Contractor's obligations and other terms and conditions of contract performance constituting a more detailed description of this description of the subject matter of the Contract can be found in Attachment No. 1 to the model Agreement (DESCRIPTION OF THE ORDER) - Attachment No. 8 to the Specification of Material Terms of the Contract, which also constitutes its integral part.X4 The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 67 par. 1 item 6 or Art. 134 par. 6 item 3 of Act X5. The Contracting Authority does not envisage reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings, subject to the reservation provided for in art. 93 sec. 4 of Act X6.
