Description

The subject matter of the contract is the performance of a construction design which also serves as the executive documentation for the reconstruction of the gas station in Leszno, Drzymały dz. 78/4, together with obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining a building permit decision with a clause of last resort, performance of work sub-projects, investor's cost estimates (design) and author's supervision. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) and the methods of its performance is contained in Appendix 1 to the Agreement (Model Agreement constitutes Appendix 3 to the ToR).
