Development of the formal and legal design documentation together with obtaining the final decision on the building permit (construction design) and development of the technical documentation (executive design), as well as exercising author's supervision over the Investment for the construction project called: Development of the design documentation for the reconstruction of the n/c gas network together with connections in Wierzchosławice, Gniewkowo commune
Developing formal and legal design documentation together with obtaining the final building permit decision (construction design) and developing technical documentation (detailed design), as well as exercising author's supervision: Developing design documentation for the reconstruction of the gas network n/a along with connections in Wierzchosławice, Gniewkowo commune.Material scope:a) gas pipeline n/a dn 225 PE L= 200.00 m;b) connection dn 63 PE, L= 54.00 m, pcs. Detailed scope of work:1) preparing a construction design, executive design, traffic organization design, surface reconstruction design and workload; 2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and for the Contracting Authority, from a competent authority, the final decision on the construction permit;3) preparing investor's cost estimates;4) exercising author's supervision including 5 one-off author's supervision services;5) registering the construction log.The design documentation shall consist of:1) Paper version consisting of:a) construction design (without documents included in points b) - 2 ex. in paper form; b) construction design (formal part, i.e. consent, declaration, agreement of the owners of plots of land through which the gas network runs, excerpts from the land register) - 2 ex. c) executive design - 3 copies of the executive design - 3 copies of the executive design - 1 copy of the executive design - 1 copy of the executive design - 1 copy of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design. The surface reconstruction project must be agreed with the road manager with the exact scope of the necessary surface to be reconstructed (m2) and with a division into its types, i.e.: asphalt, cobblestone, tile surface, etc.;2) Electronic version on an electronic medium containing the following documentation: consisting of: a) non-editable documentation consisting of files with complete documentation, the content reflecting the paper version;b) non-editable version of the files (PDF) for the above mentioned above. the documentation should be made in the following way: - after approval of the design documentation by the competent building administration body (with appropriate clauses) it should be scanned,- PDF files should be created on the basis of editable files, scanned paper documents that were only in paper version or from files that were already PDF documents (decisions, statements, agreements, drawings, attestations, approvals, protocols, instructions, etc.).The content of the PDF file must be legible, scanned in an appropriate sharpness, the readability of stamps and signatures must be ensured; c) The editable version of the project documentation should be prepared in accordance with the following division: - cost part (investor's cost estimate, summary cost statement) - *.ath and *.xml files for the cost estimate, *.doc(x) and *.xls(x) for ZZKNośnik, provided to the Ordering Party, cannot be protected against copying; d) The medium must be described in a permanent and legible way (e.g. by means of prints, stickers, technology allowing to burn subtitles or images on discs, etc.).After the approval of the design documentation by the competent body of building administration (with appropriate clauses) it should be scanned,- full name of the task,- number of the task contract with the date of signing the contract,- name of the documentation contractor,- month and year of the documentation development,- number of the next version and date of modification.
