Preparation of project documentation and performance of author's supervision for the task under the name: "Reconstruction of the s/c gas pipeline between Limanowa, M.B. Bolesnej and Męcina Streets, stage I - sector order, in accordance with the Technical Conditions, sign: PSGKR.ZMSZ.763.763784.1.18 of 24.10.2018, issued by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o., Branch Zakład Gazowniczy in Kraków.1The Contracting Authority entrusts and the Contractor undertakes to carry out the construction design for the reconstruction of the s/c gas pipeline between Limanowa, M.B. Bolesna and Męcina, stage I, and to exercise author's supervision, which will jointly be the subject of the Agreement.2 The Contractor is obliged to familiarize himself with the "General Terms and Conditions of Contracts Executed for Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o.". of 18.4.2019 (GT&C), available on the Ordering Party's website at www.psgaz.pl, in the tab: For the Contractor / Downloads.3The subject matter of the Agreement includes in particular: 1) execution of a construction project, Reconstruction of the Śr/c gas pipeline in the section of Limanowa M.B. Bolesnej-Męcina Street, stage I, including: obtaining extracts and drawings from land register maps, obtaining landowners' consents, preparation of situational and altimetric maps for design purposes, execution of a construction project according to technical conditions, mark: PSGKR.ZMSM.763..763784.1.18 of 24.10.2018 issued by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o., Oddział Zakład Gazowniczy w Krakowie, hereinafter referred to as the Project,2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, in the name and on behalf of the Contracting Authority, from the competent authority, a final decision on the building permit or making a notification to which the competent authority did not object,3) execution of investor cost estimates,4) authorship supervision.4A detailed description of the subject of the Agreement and the Contractor's obligations is contained in the Description of the subject of the Order (Tender Specification) constituting Attachment No. 1 to the Agreement and Technical Conditions of PSGKR.ZMSM.763.763784.1.18 of 24.10.2018, constituting Attachment No. 2 to the Agreement.5 Technical Data:1. The construction design should be prepared in accordance with the Technical Terms and Conditions, sign: PSGKR.ZMSZ.763.763784.1.18 of 24.10.2018 issued by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o., Oddział Zakład Gazowniczy w Krakowie and in accordance with the requirements attached as Appendix No. 1 to the OPZ.
