The subject matter of the contract is to elaborate comprehensive documentation for the investment task entitled: "Extension of the provincial road No. 830 Lublin - Nałęczów - Bochotnica on the section from the road junction "Lublin Szerokie" to the ring road of Nałęczów".
Elaboration of a comprehensive, multi-discipline project documentation at the stage of Building and Execution Plans, together with geodesic-legal documentation, decisions and all clearances and opinions for the undertaking extension of the provincial road No. 830 on the section from the road junction "Lublin Szerokie" to the ring road of Nałęczów, allowing the submission of an application and obtaining a decision on permission to execute the road investment (ZRID decision) pursuant to the Act of 10th April 2003 on special principles of preparation and execution of investment projects. on special principles of preparation and realization of investments on public roads (j.t. Dz.U. of 2020. a) Developing the materials and obtaining the attachments necessary to obtain the decision on environmental conditions together with obtaining the same by the Contractor.b) Developing the materials and obtaining the attachments necessary to obtain the water permit / water permit together with obtaining the same by the Contractor.c) Developing the materials necessary to announce the tender for construction works required by the Public Procurement Law and subsequent task completion.2In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)(Dz.EU L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1), hereinafter "RODO", informs that:- the controller of your personal data is the Director of ZDW in Lublin, 3 B.
