Description

The subject of the contract is to develop the concept and design documentation for the construction of Swiss and Portuguese streets in the field of road construction, pavements, exits with the inclusion of side streets, rainwater drainage, street lighting and technological channel. The detailed scope of the contract includes: a) Development of a two-variant concept of design solutions for the above mentioned streets, which should be submitted to the Ordering Party (Municipal Roads Authority) for written approval.b) Design documentation, prepared in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy of 2 March 1999. on technical conditions to be met by public roads and their location (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 124 C.C.U.) together with opinions, arrangements and permits required by special provisions, including those necessary for applications: for issuance of a building permit decision, pursuant to the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1333) or with an application for a permit to carry out a road investment, pursuant to the Act of 10 April 2003, on special rules of preparation and implementation of investments in public roads (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1474), together with the prepared application.c) Industrial projects: a) road, b) storm water drainage, c) street lighting, d) technological canal and water supply network (with respect to collision removal), f) gas network (with respect to collision removal), g) power network (with respect to collision removal), h) heating network (with respect to collision removal), i) telecommunications network (with respect to collision removal), j) other industrial projects colliding with the designed road lane, d) Documentation necessary to conduct a tender procedure, includinga)construction design prepared in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 25 April 2012. on the detailed scope and form of the construction design (Dz. U. Item 462 as amended),b)executive designs,c)measurements of works,d)detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works,documentation specified in points b) - d) drawn up in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 2 September 2004 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works and the functional and utility programme (Dz.U. of 2013, item 1129 as amended),e)Investor's cost estimate prepared in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 18 May 2004 on the determination of methods and bases for preparation of the investor's cost estimate, calculation of planned costs of design works and planned costs of construction works specified in the functional-utility program (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 130 item 1389),f)Project of organization of permanent and temporary traffic, approved by the Municipal Roads Management Board of the Municipal Office in Białystok and approved by the Police,g)Documentation of geotechnical tests of soil base with determination of geotechnical conditions of foundation of the object on the basis of boreholes on a grid fully reflecting the layout of layers, but not less frequently than every 20 m. The depth of a well should be the depth of the lowest foundation or technical infrastructure designed for construction/reconstruction.h) Examination of hydrogeological conditions, if necessary, i) Obtaining of technical conditions and all decisions and arrangements with the network managers, j) Execution of projects to divide the real estate necessary for the execution of the investment along with marking of the property boundary points before the ZRID decision is issued, and after the ZRID decision becomes legally binding, the newly created border points are stabilised on a permanent basis,k)Obtaining and preparing a duplicate of the current geodetic map,l)When an authorised surveyor updates the basic map in the field, if fencing into the road plot is found to be used by "dr", the Contracting Authority imposes an obligation to provide documents, i.e. m)Activities related to the execution of an on-site visit by the contractor in the area covered by the investment,n)Information of the BIOZ
