Description

The subject matter of the contract is to prepare design and cost documentation for the task entitled: "Construction of a gas pipeline connecting Środa Śląska - Ciechów medium-centre De 315 mm" and to provide author's supervision services. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the method of its execution is included in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constituting attachment No. 2 to the ToR and in the model contract constituting attachment No. 5 to the ToR.
The subject matter of the contract is:1) to execute the construction design, detailed design and work schedule for the construction of the medium pressure gas pipeline De 315 mm Środa Śląska - Ciechów;2) to obtain all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, on behalf of and for the Awarding Entity, from a competent authority, the final decision on the construction permit or notifying, on behalf of and for the Awarding Entity, the intention to commence construction work or construction not requiring a construction permit;3) to prepare an investor's cost estimate;4) to exercise author's supervision.
