Description

The subject matter of the contract is: Development of the documentation for the investment task entitled: "Extension of the DW 844 Chełm - Hrubieszów - Witków - Dołhobyczów - state border from km approx. 27+820 (the town of Białopole) to km approx. 50+000 (the town of Hrubieszów)".
1) Developing multi-sector comprehensive design documentation at the stage of Building and Execution Plans, along with geodesic-legal documentation, decisions and all clearances and opinions for the undertaking entitled: "Extension of the DW 844 Chełm - Hrubieszów - Witków - Dołhobyczów - state border on the section from km approx. 27+820 (the city of Białopole) to km approx. 50+000 (the city of Hrubieszów)". - with the length of approx. 22.180 km along with securing or redevelopment of third party devices colliding with the extended road and engineering structures, allowing the submission of an application and obtaining a decision on permission to implement the road investment (ZRID decision) pursuant to the Act of 10 April 2003 on special principles of preparation and implementation of investments in the scope of public roads (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1363, as amended) along with obtaining the required opinions for the application and preparing the application along with the materials for obtaining this decision.2)Developing the materials and obtaining the attachments necessary to obtain the decision on environmental conditions along with obtaining the same by the Contractor.3)Developing the materials and obtaining the attachments necessary to obtain the water law permit / water law consent along with obtaining the same by the Contractor.4)Developing the materials necessary for announcing a tender for construction works required by the Public Procurement Law and subsequent implementation of the task.2In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)(Dz.EU L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "RODO", informs that:- the controller of your personal data is the director of ZDW in Lublin, 3 B.
