Development of a formal and legal design document together with obtaining the final decision on the building permit (construction design) and technical design (executive design), as well as performing author's supervision over the Investment for the project under the name: Construction of gas pipelines ś/c in the city of Łubianka, Pigża, Świerczynki, for the following scope of activities.Scope of activities: Gas pipelines of 1st class location: Gas pipeline ś/c dn 160 PE o dług. L= approx. 1,430.00 mGas pipeline ś/c dn 125 PE long. L= approx. 6 300,00 mGas pipeline ś/c dn 90 PE with debt. L= approx. 930.00 mGazociągi o II Class location:Gazociągi ś/c dnn. 110 PE o dług. L= approx. 1 265.00 m.  The gas pipeline ś/c dn 90 PE with debt. L= approx. 2,740.00 mGas pipeline ś/c dn 63 PE with debt. L= approx. 8 500.00 mGazociągi o III klasy lokalizacjiGazociągu ś/c dn 160 PE o dług.L= approx. 1 000,00 mDetailed scope of works: 1) design of the construction design, traffic organisation design, design of the reconstruction of the Surface and the size of the works,2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining the final decision on the construction permit on behalf and for the Contracting Authority, from the competent authority,3) design of the construction permit, 4) design of the gas pipeline, 5) obtaining the final decision on the construction permit for the Contracting Authority, 4) design of the construction permit for the gas pipeline, 5) obtaining the final decision on the construction permit for the Contracting Authority's behalf and for the Contracting Authority's benefit. Investor cost estimates,4) author's supervision cases covering five one-off author's supervision services,5) registration of the construction logbook.the Design Document should be composed of: 1) the paper version consisting of: a) the design of the construction site, b) the design of the construction site, c) the design of the construction site, d) the design of the construction site, d) the design of the construction site, e) the design of the construction site, f) the design of the construction site. The road surface reconstruction design must be agreed with the road manager with the exact scope of the necessary area for reconstruction (m2) and divided into its types, i.e.: asphalt, paving stones, tile surface, etc.,2) Electronic version on an electric carrier containing doc, the content reflecting the paper version.;b) Non-editable version of files (PDF) for the above mentioned documents should be made in the following way: - After the design document is approved by the competent building administration authority (with appropriate clauses), it should be scanned.- PDF files should be created on the basis of editable files, scanned doc. The PDF file cannot be protected against printing nor can it have any password.- The content of the PDF file must be legible, scanned in appropriate sharpness, pay attention to the legibility of stamps and signatures.Note: The formal part of the design document containing the consents, states.., The editable version of doc.i proj. should be prepared in accordance with the following division: - cost part (investor's cost estimate, collective cost statement) - files *.ath and *.xml for cost estimate, *.doc(x) and *.xls(x) for ZZK. The medium, handed over to the Ordering Party, cannot be protected against copying; d) The medium must be described in a permanent and legible way (e.g. by means of overprints, stickers, technology allowing to burn inscriptions or images on discs, etc.) with the following data:- After approval of the design by the competent authority of the Bud. Full name of the task - Contractor's contract number with the date of signing the contract - Contractor's name document.- Month and year of preparation - Next version number and date of modification.
