The subject of the contract is to prepare design documentation for the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a gas network for the task entitled "Modernization of gas pipelines and low pressure connections in the city of Gdynia at Adwokacka Street" Material scope: - gas pipeline n/c dn 180 PE; L = approx. 5.00 [m]- gas pipeline n/c dn 125 PE; L = approx. 567.00 [m]- gas pipeline n/c dn 90 PE; L = approx. 130.00 [m]- gas connections n/c dn 63 PE; pcs. 16; L = approx. 190,00 [m]- gas connections n/c dn 63 PE; pcs. 8; L = approx. 6.50 [m] (to be switched)The given length of the planned gas pipeline is an estimated quantity and may be subject to change in the event of a change in legal, regulatory and/or environmental conditions. The Contracting Authority shall allow the length of the gas pipeline to be increased by 1.5% as part of the Contractor's remuneration; however: the overview map with the scope of the task (Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Terms and Conditions) is only a proposal for the gas network route, the execution of the subject of the contract includes in particular: 1. preparation of the design documentation in accordance with the provisions of the contract, generally applicable regulations and relevant standards, rules of current technical knowledge and the art of construction, as well as in accordance with applicable regulations and rules of occupational health and safety, fire protection regulations and regulations concerning environmental protection.2. cyclical reporting on the progress of the contract.3.Obtaining an agreement with the relevant unit of the Contracting Authority in the scope of compliance with the Technical Conditions of Construction and with the applicable legal and internal regulations of the Contracting Authority.4. Establishing the legal status of the properties covered by the subject of the contract.5. Ensuring geodetic service.6. ensuring that the construction of the facilities covered by the Project is not hindered in any way or involves excessive costs.7.. Obtaining all necessary permits and consents, administrative decisions, including final decisions on environmental conditions in accordance with the requirements of the Act, civil law consents, provisions, opinions and agreements, in accordance with the recommendations of the coordination meeting and other competent authorities, and the performance of the necessary studies resulting from these agreements, including the development of temporary traffic organization, water law reports, reports, dendrological inventory, geological, hydrogeological, bathymetric, ground surveys, geotechnical projects and arrangements for the reconstruction of other technical infrastructure colliding with the objects covered by the Project which will be necessary to obtain the final decision on the building permit.9To perform on behalf and for the Contracting Authority all factual and legal actions aimed at obtaining legal titles to real estate in accordance with internal regulations of the Contracting Authority.10. Registration of the construction log.11. One-time updating of the investor's cost estimate at the Contracting Authority's request.12.
