The subject matter of the Order is the performance of a construction and detailed design for the reconstruction of the reduction and metering gas station w/c in the town of Busko-Zdrój, Wyszyńskiego Street, plot no. 121/1 - sector contract.2The Contracting Authority informs that the provided personal data will be processed according to the information contained in the "Information Obligation" available on the Contracting Authority's website at www.psgaz.pl, in the tab: For contractors / Information Obligation.3. SWZ) The subject matter of the Order is the performance of the construction design and detailed design for the reconstruction of the reduction and metering gas station w/c in the municipality of Busko-Zdrój ul. Wyszyńskiego dz. no. 121/1 - sector procurement.2.(4.2. SWZ) The subject matter of the contract includes in particular:2.1. execution of the construction design, detailed design and works take-off: a) reduction and metering gas station w/c Q=10 000 Nm3/h together with the circulation line,b) entry w/c shut-off and relief valve system,c) exit w/c shut-off and relief valve system,d) land development together with traffic routes and unpaved area,e) lightning protection and earthing system,f) anti-shock protection and site lighting,g) switching works,h) demolition works of existing equipment, 2.2.2. obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining the final construction permit decision on behalf and on behalf of the Ordering Party from a competent authority,2.3. preparing investment cost estimates,2.4. exercising author's supervision.3.Detailed description of the subject of the Order, the Contractor's obligations and other conditions and principles of the contract execution that constitute more detailed description of the subject of the Order are included in Annex No. 1 to the model Agreement (DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER) - Annex No. 7 to these Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as the ToR), which at the same time constitutes its integral part.4The Contracting Authority:4.1. does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the procedure,4.2. does not allow for submission of alternative bids,4.3. does not allow for submission of partial bids,4.4. does not provide for conclusion of a framework agreement,4.5. does not provide for electronic auction,4.6. informs that if the last day of the deadline for performance of an action falls on a Saturday or a statutory holiday, the deadline shall expire on the day following the holiday or holiday [art. 509 item 2 of the Act],4.7. informs that after signing the Agreement for the implementation of the task in question (Main Agreement), the Agreement on entrusting the processing of personal data will be concluded - Annex No. 8 to the SWZ,4.8. informs that it has the status of a large entrepreneur within the meaning of Article 4 item 6) of the Act of 8 March 2013 on counteracting excessive delays in commercial transactions (Journal of Laws 2019 item 118)5.
