Description

The subject of the contract is to prepare design documentation and to perform author's supervision for the task entitled "Reconstruction of the s/c DN200 steel pipeline to PE dn 315 in the course of Nowohucka Street (on the Bridge) using the drilling method under the Vistula River", the scope of which includes the reconstruction of the s/c DN200 steel pipeline to PE100 RC SDR17(17.6) Type 2 dn 315, in accordance with Technical Conditions No. PSGKR.ZMSM.763.715179.1.18 of 25.10.2018, issued by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o, The Ordering Party commissions, and the Contractor undertakes to execute the construction and detailed design for the reconstruction of the s/c DN200 steel gas pipeline to PE100 RC SDR17(17.6) Type 2 dn 315 in the course of Nowohucka Street (on the Bridge) by means of drilling under the Vistula River and to exercise author's supervision, which together will constitute the subject of the contract.The subject matter of the contract includes in particular:1) execution of the construction design, detailed design and work schedule:a) reconstruction of the s/c DN200 steel gas pipeline to PE100 RC SDR17(17.6) Type 2 dn 315 in the course of Nowohucka Street (on the Bridge) using the drilling method under the Vistula River, including m.Among others: obtaining extracts and drawings from land registration maps, obtaining permissions of plot owners, making situation and altimetric maps for design purposes, building and executive design according to technical conditions mark: PSGKR.ZMSM.763.715179.1.18 of 25.10.2018 issued by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o., Oddział Zakład Gazowniczy in Kraków. The Project should be submitted to the Contracting Authority in 4 copies, the works' quantity and the investor's cost estimate in 1 copy and recorded on a digital medium, hereinafter referred to as the Project,2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, on behalf of and for the Contracting Authority, the final decision on the construction permit from a competent authority,3) preparing investor's cost estimates,4) exercising copyright supervision.Detailed description of the subject of the contract and the Contractor's obligations is contained in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting attachment No. 1 to the contract and Technical Terms and Conditions No. PSGKR.ZMSM.763..715179.1.18 of 25.10.2018, constituting attachment No. 2 to the contract.Technical data: 1) type of facility: medium pressure gas network,2) location: Kraków, Nowohucka Street (on the Bridge),3) length of network: 316 m (the given length of the planned gas pipeline is an estimate and may be changed in case of change of formal, legal and/or environmental conditions; the Contracting Authority allows to increase the length of the gas pipeline by 1.5% as a part of the Contractor's remuneration); where: a) material: PE 100 RC SDR 17(17.6) Type 2.b) diameter: dn 315.c) pressure: s/c.
