Description
The subject matter of the contract is the performance of a construction project which also serves as the executive documentation for the construction of gas pipelines in Gębarzewko, Gębarzewo, Kosmowo, gmina Czerniejewo, together with obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining a building permit decision with a clause of last resort, performance of works' subdivisions, investor's cost estimates (design) and author's supervision. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) and the methods of its performance is contained in Appendix 1 to the contract (a specimen contract is Appendix 3 to the ToR).
