Description

Development of a formal and legal design doc. together with obtaining a final decision on the building permit (construction design) and development of a technical design (executive design), as well as performing author's supervision over the investment for the construction project under the name: Reconstruction of the gas pipeline n/c with connections in the city centre. Tuchola, ul. Kopernika for the next scope of the Rzecz.a) Gas pipeline n/c dn 160 PE L=180 m;b) Connections n/c dn 63 PE L=277 m, pcs.14 Detailed scope of works: 1) execution of a construction design, executive design, traffic organisation design, design of surface reconstruction and works ahead of schedule: a) gas pipeline n/c day 160 PE L=180 m;b) connection n/c day 63 PE L=277 m, pcs. 14 and 3 pieces to be switched over - according to the project specified below; 2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, in the name and on behalf of the Contracting Authority, from a competent authority, a final decision on the building permit or notification of construction; 3) making investor's cost estimates; 4) performing author's supervision including 5 one-time author's supervision services; 5) registering the Construction Journal; the design document should consist of: 1) paper version consisting of: a) building design. (without the documents included in point b) - 2 copies in the form of paper. (formal part, i.e.: consent, declaration, agreement of the owners of plots of land through which the gas network runs, extracts from the land register) - 2 copies in paper form; c) executive design - 3 copies in paper form; d) excess of works - 1 copy in paper form; e) investor's cost estimate - 1 copy in paper form; f) traffic organisation design - 2 copies in paper form; g) surface restoration design - 2 copies in paper form. The road surface reconstruction design must be agreed with the road manager with the exact scope of the necessary area for reconstruction (m2) and divided into its types, i.e.: asphalt, paving stones, tile surface, etc.,2) electronic version on an electronic medium containing documents: b) non-editable version of files (PDF) for the above mentioned documents, which should be executed in the following manner: - after the project documentation is approved by the competent construction administration authority (with appropriate clauses) it should be scanned, - PDF files should be created on the basis of editable files, scanned paper documents that were only in paper version. or files that were already documents. PDF (decisions, statements, agreements, drawings, approvals, approvals, protocols, instructions, etc.),- a PDF file cannot be protected against printing nor can it have any password,- the content of the PDF file must be legible, scanned in appropriate focus, pay attention to the legibility of stamps and signatures.Note: the formal part of the document. a) the version of editable project documentation, which should be prepared in accordance with the following division: - cost part (investor's cost estimate, collective cost statement) - files *.ath and *.xml for the cost estimate, *.doc(x) and *.xls(x) for ZZKNośnik, given to the Ordering Party, cannot be protected against copying; d) the medium must be described in a permanent and legible way (e.g. by means of prints, stickers, technology allowing to burn inscriptions or images on discs, etc.).) with the following data: - after approval of the project document by the competent authority of the building administration (with appropriate clauses) it should be scanned,- full name of the task,- number of the task contract together with the date of signing the contract,- name of the Contractor document,- month and year of preparation of the documentation,- number of the next version and date of modification.
