The subject matter of the Order is: Development of design documentation for construction works consisting in reconstruction of the gas network in msc. Goyki, Haffnera, Królowej Jadwigi, Morska, Obrońców Westerplatte; SG/00083579, within the frames of modernization task;Scope: To be designed:- gas pipeline n/c dn 225 PE L=487m- gas pipeline n/c dn 160 PE L=605m- gas pipeline n/c dn 110 PE L=846m- gas pipeline n/c dn 90 PE L=218m- connection n/c dn 90 PE L=77m pcs. 1- connection n/c dn 63 PE L=1 735,5 m pcs. 106To switch: - connection n/c dn 90 PE sz.1- connection n/c dn 63 PE sz.6- connection n/c DN 50 PE sz.1Based on technical conditions, constituting an attachment No 2 to the contract.
1) preparing a construction design, a detailed design and a works estimate for the task entitled: "Drawing up design documentation for performing construction works consisting in reconstruction of the gas network in Sopot in ul. Sopot in ul. Goyki, Haffnera, Królowej Jadwigi, Morska, Obrońców Westerplatte; SG/00083579 within the modernization task", based on technical conditions constituting attachment no. 2 to the Agreement.22) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, for and on behalf of the Ordering Party, from a competent authority, a final construction permit decision;3) preparation of an investment cost estimate;4) exercise of author's supervision.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of its performance has been included in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ) constituting Annex 1 to the Contract and in the Specimen Contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
