Description

The subject of the contract is to develop project and formal and legal documentation related to the following tasks: Task I. "Rebuilding of gas network dn63/40 to dn110 and dn32/25 to dn90 and construction of connector dn110 in Dąbrówka, Wola Mała, Czarna near Łańcut".Task II. "Rebuilding of the s/c gas network with connections in the town of Łańcut at Bohaterów Westerplatte, Górne, Kusocińskiego Street".Task III. "Rebuilding of the gas network in connection with congestion in the distribution network in the city of Łańcut at Bohaterów Westerplatte, Górne, Kusocińskiego".Task III. Krasne - Wólka, part I and part II".Task IV. "Rebuilding of the gas network with connections in the city of Krasne - Wólka, part I and part II".Task IV. Trzebownisko (on the section from the bridge on the Wisłok River to the border of Rzeszów in the area of Ciepłownicza and Załęska Streets)".
Preparation of design and formal and legal documentation related to the task execution: "Rebuilding of gas network dn63/40 to dn110 and dn32/25 to dn90 and construction of connector dn110 in Dąbrówka, Wola Mała, Czarna near Łańcut" in accordance with technical conditions No. PSGJA.ZMSZ.763A.228.760698.1.18 of 25.10.2018. The indicative route of the gas pipelines is determined by a map attached to the technical conditions. The subject of the contract includes, among others:1. Obtaining extracts and drawings from the land register of the real estate on which the designed gas pipeline together with the accompanying infrastructure will be located;2. Making maps for design purposes;3. Obtaining extracts from the Local Spatial Development Plan or, in case of its absence, obtaining for the Ordering Party a decision on determining the location of the public purpose investment;4. Obtaining permissions from the owners of all properties (or persons legally sanctioned to dispose of the property) to enter the area and permanent occupation of the property for the purposes of the investment, together with the permission for the necessary tree and bush cutting;5. Development of a building design or land development project with a technical description for the submission of works that do not require a building permit decision.6.Development of investor's cost estimates;7. Prior to submitting the documentation for the coordination meeting (if necessary), the location of the gas pipeline route, barrier and outlet systems should be agreed at the Gasworks in accordance with the applicable territory;8. Obtaining all the required opinions, operators, arrangements and decisions, including at the coordination meeting, necessary to obtain a valid construction permit or a valid notification of reconstruction;9. obtaining a valid construction permit or notification on behalf of the Contracting Authority;10. developing, in the required cases, an inventory of high greenery together with obtaining a permit to remove trees or shrubs11. Preparation of a detailed list of the distribution network broken down by diameter and length;12. Reporting on the progress of works in accordance with the contract concluded. PSGJA.ZMSZ.763A.099.988589.1.20 of 27.04.2020. The subject matter of the contract includes, among others:1. obtaining extracts and drawings from the land register of the real estate on which the designed gas pipeline together with the accompanying infrastructure will be located;2. making maps for design purposes;3. obtaining extracts from the Local Spatial Development Plan or, in case of its absence, obtaining for the Ordering Party a decision on determining the location of the public purpose investment;4. The subject matter of the contract includes, among others:1.
