Development of design and cost-descriptive documentation for reconstruction of the gas pipeline from the connections in Kowalewo Pom., Ogrodowa Street and reconstruction of the existing gas connections from the central heating substation to the central heating substation in the city of Warsaw. Development of a design. formal and legal regulations, including obtaining the last one. building permit decree (construction design) and preparation of technical documentation. (detailed design), as well as exercising author's supervision over the Investment for the purpose of the following construction project: reconstruction of the gas pipeline from the connections in Kowalewo Pom., Ogrodowa Street, and reconstruction of the existing gas connections from the central heating substation to the central heating substation in the city of Kowalewo Pom. Kowalewo Pom., ul. Mikołaja z Ryńska.Material scope: Gazoc. n/a dn 90 PE L = 30.00 mb.Przył. dn 63/32 PE L = approx. 8.4 m 1 pcs.Przył. ś/c dn 32 PE L = approx. 97 m 9 pcs.org. movement design.Detailed scope of work:1) preparing a construction design. executive design, traffic organization design, surface reconstruction design and workload; 2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decrees, including obtaining on behalf of and for the contracting authority, from the competent authority, the last one. The last decision on the building permit;3) the investor's cost estimates;4) supervision by the author. The design document should consist of:1) a paper version consisting of:a) a construction design (without the documents contained in points b) - 2 ex. in the paper form; b) a construction design (the formal part, i.e. b) a construction design (formal part, i.e.: approvals, declarations, agreements of the owners of the plots of land through which the gas network runs, excerpts from the land register) - 2 copies in paper form; c) detailed design - 3 copies in paper form; d) workload - 1 copy in paper form; e) investor's cost estimate - 1 copy in paper form; f) traffic organization design - 2 copies in paper form; g) surface reconstruction design - 2 copies in paper form. The project of reconstruction of the surface must be agreed with the road manager with the exact scope of the necessary surface for reconstruction. (m2) and by its types, i.e.: asphalt, paving stones, tile surface, etc.,2) Electronic version on an electronic medium containing the documentation: consisting of:a) Non-editable version consisting of files containing the complete documentation. content reflecting the paper version.b) Non-editable version of the files (PDF) for the above mentioned documentation should be made as follows:- After approval of the design documentation by the competent building administration body (with appropriate clauses) it should be scanned.- PDF files should be created on the basis of editable, scanned paper documents that were only in paper version or from files that were already PDF documents (decisions, statements, agreements, drawings, attestations, approvals, protocols, instructions, etc.).- The PDF file cannot be protected against printing or have any password.- The content of the PDF file must be legible, scanned in a proper sharpness, care must be taken to ensure that stamps and signatures are legible.Note: The formal part of the design documentation containing consents, declarations, agreements of the owners of plots of land through which the gas network runs, excerpts from the land register, etc. absolutely must constitute a separate catalogue/file.c) Editable version of the design documentation should be prepared in accordance with the following division: - cost part (investor's cost estimate, summary of costs) - *.ath and *.xml files for the cost estimate, *.doc(x) and *.xls(x) for ZZKNośnik, handed over to the ordering party, cannot be protected against copying.d) The medium must be described in a permanent and legible way (e.g. by means of overprints, stickers, technology allowing to burn inscriptions or images on plates, etc.) with the following data:- After the design documentation is approved by the competent building administration body (with appropriate clauses) it must be scanned.- Full name of the task.- Task contract number with the date of signing the contract.- Documentation contractor's name.- Month and year of documentation development.- Next version number and date of modification.
